Admissions are open for 2026–27. Here's everything you need — the procedure, documents, admission-test syllabus, rules, examination pattern and Transfer Certificate details.

Admission Procedure

How to apply

Prospectus and application forms are available at the school office from 1st February, 10:00 am – 5:30 pm on all weekdays. The process is simple and transparent.

1 · Collect the formObtain the prospectus and application form from the school office. The Prospectus & Registration fee is ₹500 (non-refundable).
2 · LKG & belowAdmission is on a first-come, first-served basis. The interaction date is intimated to parents, and the child should be accompanied by both parents/guardian.
3 · UKG & aboveAdmission is based on an entrance test in English, Maths and the II Language (Tamil/Hindi), followed by an interaction with the Principal.
4 · Confirm admissionSubmit the required documents and complete the fee payment to confirm the seat. Fees may be paid by G-Pay, cash, card, debit card or demand draft.

Age eligibility for Kindergarten (2026–27)

To be eligible for admission, the child must meet the age limit below as on 1st June 2026.

Please note: For inter-state transfer cases, the Transfer Certificate should be counter-signed by the District Educational Officer. Fees at admission may be paid by G-Pay, cash, card, debit card or demand draft, and should be settled on the same day of admission.

Syllabus for Admission

What the admission test covers

For Grade I and above, the admission test is based on the previous class syllabus. Here's a class-wise overview to help your child prepare.

Class IEnglish (articles, plurals, animals, days & months), Tamil/Hindi (alphabets, numerals 1–10, fruits & animals) and Arithmetic (counting to 100, simple addition/subtraction, shapes).
Class IIGrammar basics (nouns, verbs), Tamil/Hindi matras and gender, and Arithmetic including multiplication tables 2–10.
Class III – IVEnglish grammar (adjectives, prepositions, tenses), composition (paragraph & picture description) and Maths up to four-digit numbers, basic geometry and problem-solving.
Class V – VIComplex grammar (active/passive voice), fractions and decimals, geometry (angles, triangles) and formal composition.
Class VII – VIIIAdvanced grammar (reported speech, clauses, conditionals), algebraic operations, mensuration and statistics (mean, median, mode).
Class IXComprehensive English, Tamil/Hindi, Mathematics (rational numbers, polynomials, data handling) and Science fundamentals (Physics, Chemistry, Biology).

School code of conduct

  1. Every student must carry the school Diary every day and use it productively.
  2. Non-bus commuters must arrive 10 minutes before school starts.
  3. Uniform is compulsory during school hours and for all school functions.
  4. Uniform must always be neat and clean. The ID card is part of the uniform and must be worn at all times.
  5. Boys should keep their hair cut at regular intervals, combed and tidy.
  6. Bullying and the use of foul language are punishable offences.
  7. Students may not bring any weapons or sharp instruments.
  8. Damaging or disfiguring school property may result in expulsion.
  9. Non-academic publications, reference materials and storage devices are not allowed.
  10. Mobile phones, cameras, expensive pens and pencil boxes are strictly forbidden.
  11. Festival celebrations with crackers and colours are prohibited in school.
  12. Attendance at school festivals and functions is mandatory unless excused.
  13. The school promotes environmental responsibility; plastic bags are strictly prohibited.
  14. Girls may wear only one pair of small ear studs — no earrings, rings or nose rings.
  15. Gold ornaments are not permitted.
  16. Long-haired girls must plait their hair and wear black hair-bands on campus.
  17. Students of Grade IV and above may wear a black-strap watch.
  18. Self-driven vehicles are forbidden; bicycles are allowed.
  19. The school may terminate enrolment for unsatisfactory academic progress or conduct.
  20. All students must carry their lunch to school.
Examination

Continuous & Comprehensive Evaluation

We follow CCE — evaluating learners throughout the academic year rather than relying on a single end-of-year exam, nurturing comprehensive personality development alongside academics.

Classes I – IIIThree evaluations through the year, combining activity tests and cycle (written) tests across all subjects.
Classes IV – VIIISubject-enrichment activities (speaking/listening, lab work, projects) plus co-scholastic areas — work education, arts, physical education and discipline — assessed twice a year.
Classes IX – XBoard-examination model with full-year syllabus, results showing marks and grades, and the same co-scholastic structure as Classes IV–VIII.

Examination rules: A minimum of 80% attendance is required to sit Terminal Examinations. Students with outstanding fees may not appear for Terminal Examinations. Any absence due to illness must be supported by a medical certificate.

Transfer Certificate

TC & withdrawal details

Everything you need to know about withdrawing and obtaining a Transfer Certificate (TC) from the school.
